Green Leave Bowl

This ceramic bowl features a deep, cylindrical basin wrapped in thick, sculptural leaves that extend past the rim to form irregular handles. The exterior is finished with a heavy celadon and ochre glaze, which settles into the deep, ridged veining of the leaves to create a high-contrast, textured surface. The glaze has a glossy, glass-like sheen, particularly on the interior walls where the colors bleed into a darker, mossy green. Structurally, the bowl is thick-walled and sturdy, with the leaf-shaped appliqués providing both a decorative shell and functional grip points.
